UPDATE PARKMOBILE BLACKBERRY APPVERSION 1.3

Parkmobile released a new version (1.3) of the Parkmobile BlackBerry Parking App. In this version we've added the following functionalities.
- Change your license plate through the App. Simply go to account > vehicles to change your license plate.
- Confirmation of costs before you start your parking session.
