WHY DOESNT THE SYSTEM RECOGNISE THE


PHONE I AM CALLING FROM?



Mobile phone operators, such as Vodafone, O2 and T-mobile, send out regular network updates to their users and occasionally these updates affect users' phone settings.
Parkmobile's automated activation/deactivation service relies on your mobile phone sending it's Caller ID number so that we can recognise you and then activate/deactivate your parking session.
If you suddenly find you are no longer automatically put through to the automated activation/deactivation service, please first check your Caller ID setting as your settings may have changed and need to be changed back to allow Caller ID sending.
Most phone 'Caller ID' or 'Own Number Sending' settings can be found in the 'Call Setting' menu on your phone. However phones and networks vary so for help on this please contact your mobile phone operator.
