1. Add/Amend mobile phones registered to use the service? Answer

Add/Amend mobile phones registered to use the service:

1)  Login to my parkmobile.
2)  Beneath Managing Your Account (left of screen) click on the option Users.
3)  Your Users page will open. Click upon Add new account.
4)  The Add new account page will open and you need to complete all the details on that page. Please ensure that all the details you have added are correct, especially the telephone numbers and vehicle registrations.
5)  Click on Save.
2. Update payment card information. Answer

Update payment card information:

1)  Login to my parkmobile.
2)  Beneath Managing Your Account (left of screen) click on Payment Method.
3)  Your Payment Method page will open. Click upon Change Payment Method.
4)  The Change Billing Method page will open and you need to scroll down to where it asks where you wish to pay via Debit or Credit card – you will just need to input your payment details.
5)  Please note that this is the account all future payments come from unless you change the details with us again.
3. Add/Amend Vehicles. Answer

To change the vehicle on your account:

1)  Login to my parkmobile.
2)  Beneath Managing Your Account (left of screen) click on Vehicles.
3)  There is an option called Edit Details - enter your new vehicle registration number (VRN) details
4)  Click save.

 

Please note that Parkmobile accounts can have multiple vehicles stored on them. You will need to link the correct mobile number to the correct vehicle.
Again, please note that your mobile number can also be attached to multiple vehicles.

 

To add a vehicle to your account:

1)  Login to my parkmobile.
2)  Beneath Managing Your Account (left of screen) click on Vehicles.
3)  There is an option called New VRN - complete your new vehicle registration number (VRN) details  
4)  Where the option reads User please click on the drop down menu and select the phone number you wish to associate to this vehicle.
5) Click save.
6) If you want multiple telephone numbers on your account to be linked to the newly saved VRN, please click on the Users tab in the central Vehicle Registration Number table and select the telephone numbers you wish to add to the VRN.

 

After you have done this, the next time you call to activate your parking, the system will ask you which vehicle you wish to park. You will need to confirm which vehicle you are parking either by pressing the number 1 on your phone keypad, or saying yes after the automated beep.

4. View parking history. Answer

View parking history:

1)  Login to my parkmobile.
2)  On the left hand side of your screen, under Overview, there is a category called Parking History, please click here.
3)  Simply look up the relevant month and date your parked and take note (or print off) of any parking you wish to account for.
