London Borough of Wandsworth to extend cashless parking by mobile phone.

Following the successful operation of the cashless parking scheme in cooperation with Parkmobile in Putney and Battersea Park since 2004, Wandsworth Council is introducing this easy and convenient system to the rest of the borough.
