Unfortunately once you have started a parking session it is not possible to swap the number plate to a different vehicle, or amend the session in any way. To rectify the situation, you should contact us by phone, via the web, or app to pay for the correct vehicle. You would then need to seek a refund from the car park operator for the duplicate parking sessions booked. The car park operators contact details should be on the car park signage.
