I CALLED TO BOOK PARKING BUT I CAN’T


SEE AN INVOICE. WHY?



We operate a monthly billing cycle in some areas and thus don’t take payment for parking at the time the session is active. Sessions at some locations are not billed until the month following ie sessions booked in January may not be invoiced until the beginning of February, sessions booked in February may not be invoiced until March etc. Thus the session will appear in the Parking History (under the heading Overview on the left of your screen) but because it has not yet been charged to your payment card, no invoice will be present.
