HOW DO I OBTAIN A VAT RECEIPT?



  • Login to your Parkmobile account using the login tab at the top of the screen.
 
When you first registered to our service you would have been text a username and password. However, if you have deleted the text or don’t know what these details are, click on forgotten username and password and we will resend them.

  • Once  logged in, complete your address details to have full access to your online account
  • Select invoice from the menu on the left of your screen to access all parking events that have been billed.  
 
** Please note some areas operate on a monthly billing cycle whereby invoices are generated in the first part of the month following the actual parking session in one lump sum ie parking booked for January, will not appear on your invoice until February, parking booked in February will not appear as an invoice until March etc. The parking sessions that have not been invoiced yet will be visible in the parking history section under the heading Overview to the left of your screen.
