PARKMOBILE PAYMENTSHow do I pay for my parking charges? When you first register with us, you can choose to pay for parking by Credit Card or Debit Card. With Parkmobile all parking is paid for a month in arrears. So any parking with Parkmobile in June, for example, will be collated and charged to your account in the first week of July. Collection of payments is very secure and done in cooperation with HSBC. Normal banking procedures, regulations, infrastructure and protocols apply. Please ensure that we hold a valid card and that you have suitable credit on your payment card. What are the costs to use this system? The costs for using the system will be displayed on the signage at the roadside. In most cases the cost is 20p surcharge per transaction with the exception of Northern Ireland where the charge is 15p surcharge per transaction and the London Borough of Camden where no surcharge is made. We can also send you text reminders when your parking time is nearly at its end and these cost 10p each but might save you from an expensive penalty charge! Either visit your Parkmobile account pages by going to our website and logging in with your username and password or contact our Helpdesk via helpdesk@parkmobile.com or on 0905 159 0333 (Calls cost 60p per minute plus network extras). I have received notification that my card is about to expire or that you cannot collect payment from my account. If you receive this message please visit your Parkmobile account pages by going to our website and logging in with your username and password and update your current credit/debit card information. When the payment information is updated we will automatically collect any outstanding balances. |
