Alternatively you can call the London wide TRACE service on 0845 206 8602 for information about any vehicles towed away in London.

Log into your customer pages on my parkmobile.

Your username and password details were sent by text to you when you first registered. If you have forgotten these they can be requested again and details will be sent to your registered mobile number.

Within your personal page you can:

- Add/Amend mobile phones registered to use the service.
- Update payment card information.
- View parking history.
- Change the vehicle on your account.
- Change your SMS reminder settings.

Alternatively contact our Helpdesk via helpdesk@parkmobile.com on 0905 159 0333 (Calls cost 60p per minute from a landline, calls from mobiles may cost more; cost varies depending on the mobile provider and your contract) if you have lost or forgotten your login details or click on the 'forgot my password' button to be sent your details via email.

The Parkmobile mobile phone parking system can be used for on-street parking and in off street car parks. Instead of looking for the right change and a parking machine that works, you can activate your parking using your mobile phone after registering with us.
